Services

Nevada Thai Interpreting provides Thai ↔ English interpretation support for appointments, meetings, and communication assistance in professional, medical, educational, administrative, business, and community settings.

Services are provided in good faith with professionalism, discretion, and cultural understanding.

Booking & Availability

All services are provided by appointment only and are subject to availability.

Submitting a booking request through the website or contact form does not guarantee an appointment until confirmation has been provided.

Retainer & Payment

An advance booking retainer is required to secure and reserve an appointment time. Retainers are non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed.

A minimum booking requirement may apply depending on appointment type, duration, and location.

Time beyond the agreed booking period may be billed in additional increments.

Travel and commute fees may apply.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to the minimum booking fee.

Repeated cancellations or scheduling changes may result in the refusal of future booking requests.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

The interpreter does not make decisions on behalf of clients or agencies.

Confidentiality

Client information and appointment details are treated respectfully and discreetly.

However, electronic communication and online submissions cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Limitation of Liability

Nevada Thai Interpreting shall not be held liable for:
